Beginner & Intermediate Yoga

This class is tailored for beginner's but also suited for intermediate level yogis. No previous yoga experience is necessary. The focus is on alignment, sequencing, organic movement, stretch and flexibility. The pace is moderate to slow, sometimes holding asanas (postures) for several breaths, building endurance, and bringing physical and spiritual strength together.

Restorative & Therapeutic Yoga

This class provides a rare treat in our fast-paced lives. In restorative yoga, less is truly more. The focus will be on doing fewer postures while receiving maximum benefit. We will hold the posture by use of props which create comfort and support allowing the breath to deepen and tightly held muscles to release their grip. This class will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Strength & Stretch Yoga

This is a great overall body workout! We will start with the feet and work up to the crown of the head. Not only will we strengthen and lengthen your major muscle groups, but you will also increase your lung capacity through breathing exercises. Other exercises will work to release tightness in the face and jaw, and strengthen the eyes. Some postures are supported by using a chair or blocks, so this class is a great fit if you have limited mobility. You have everything to gain by taking this class!

Gentle Yoga: Stretching and Relaxing

Enjoy a restful, calming class that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. The focus is on alignments, stretching and strength through gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This class is a combination of a Gentle yoga and Restorative yoga class. The first part of class will get you moving with gentle stretching to wake up the body and then we'll give the body a couple of Restorative poses for a meditative finish. Appropriate for beginners as well.

Strengthen, Stretch, and Heal Yoga (Without Chair Support)

Not just your basic yoga class, each class has a unique theme to calmly challenge and heal the body, mind, and spirit. By moving slowly and holding some poses longer, you will build strength, and increase flexibility and balance. You will learn to access energy to heal your life and overcome pain. This class is open to all ages and experience levels – you will leave feeling energized and awakened from sole to soul as you walk the path from pain to power.
