Gentle Yoga w/Chisa

Enjoy a restful, calming class that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

The focus is on alignments, stretching and strength through gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses.

This class is a combination of a Gentle yoga and Restorative yoga class. The first part of the class will get you moving with gentle stretching to wake up the body and then we’ll give the body a couple of Restorative poses for a meditative finish.

Appropriate for beginners as well.
