Yoga Basics is a beginner-level yoga class, that moves at a slower pace. Each class will work on helping you gain flexibility and/or mobility, strengthening your muscles and boosting your balance. You will experience the freedom and encouragement to work at your individual level. Attention to correct alignment for your body, as well as modifications will be given.
