Yoga? Pilates? No need to choose, with this class you get the best of both worlds: precise alignment, focus on the breath, core strengthening/stabilization and stretching. We will start off with beginner basics and over the course of 2-3 months we will work up to harder more demanding postures. Some of the work with be done supine or prone lying on the floor, some on a Yoga ball, other postures will require you to be on all 4s. We will progress to bearing more weight on the hands and eventually to some standing work.
