Yoga? Pilates? No need to choose, with this class you get the best of both worlds: precise alignment, focus on the breath, core strengthening/stabilization and stretching. We will start off with beginner basics and over the course of 2-3 months we will work up to harder more demanding postures. Some of the work with be done supine or prone lying on the floor, other postures will require you to be on all 4s. We will progress to bearing more weight on the hands and eventually to some standing work.
