Gentle Yoga with Chisa

This class is tailored for beginners but also is suited for intermediate level yogis. No previous yoga experience is necessary. The focus is on alignment, sequencing, organic movement, stretch and flexibility. The pace is moderate to slow, sometimes holding asanas (postures) for several breaths, building endurance, and bringing physical and spiritual strength together.
