Each class begins with mindful yoga to reconnect with the body, provide grounding, and prepare the mind for the sitting practices. Instruction and guidance is provided in several forms of “sitting” meditation, mindful eating, and mindful walking. Time for discussion is also included.
Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat and cushion for meditation (if desired). Rental mats and props are available for those who need them.
The cost for the 8-week course is $150.00.
