Gabby is excited to offer a LOVE donation beginner’s Yoga class on the first Friday of each month in 2024! This class will take place at 12:30 p.m. (Perfect to sneak in on your lunch break! 😉)
This will be a “peak pose class”, meaning all of the poses in the yoga sequence are focused towards preparing you for a particular pose, usually the most challenging of the class – then, that pose becomes the Peak Pose. This is Gabby’s favorite style of class because you always walk away learning and trying something new!
Yoga is for YOU! Move at your own pace, listen to your body and do what feels good.

Gabby has been practicing Yoga since she was in the womb! Well maybe not literally but pretty soon after. Gabby is Colleen Boveri’s daughter, so you can imagine that yoga has always been around her household. She grew up attending her mom’s kids yoga classes and when she was old enough herself (19 years old) she pursued a children’s yoga certification of her own. Later going on to study holistic health and wellness, Gabby graduated from the institute of integrative nutrition in 2023 and most recently finished her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT).
Gabby’s passion lies in all things holistic health & wellness, That’s why she created She’s Health Conscious to show you how to care for all aspects of your wellbeing by living a conscious lifestyle. Paying attention to the way environmental factors affect our state of health, how to use the right thinking, products, diet and lifestyle changes to maintain inner equilibrium. Practices like meditation, yoga, and mindfulness are integral to this balancing act we call life!
